Fight Right

I have the privilege of raising all boys! Sometimes in the evenings when we are all home my boys, along with my husband, turn my living room into the WWE arena. The coffee table gets moved, the furniture gets pushed out of the way, and the boys begin to wrestle. For hours this takes place. They will begin to challenge each other. They will pick who they want to fight, and they always pick the one who is weak in the area they are strong in. One night in particular I remember, they were wrestling and it seemed like Landon (my youngest) kept loosing the fight and he would get so frustrated that in the middle of it he would give up, causing him to loose every time. My husband looked at him and said, " Landon, what is wrong?" He said, " I'm sick of loosing every time I fight with them dad. I know I am small, but I should at least be able to hold my own."

The next words out of my husbands mouth set my spirit on fire. He stood up in the middle of the living room and he looked at our son and said, "Landon, your size has nothing to do with you winning the fight, all you need to do is learn how to fight right".

The size of who we are, or the size of what we are going through has nothing to with outcome of the fight! The enemy wins most fights because we do not know how to fight right. We ask the enemy to stop, we beg him to leave us alone, we plead with him to release his hold on our families.

But what would happen if we learned how to demand in power for the enemy to stop his games in our life, what would happen if we command him in the name of the Lord to leave us alone, and in all authority that has been given to us as children of God we make it known that No weapon that he forms against will prosper so he better just take up camp and release our families NOW!!!!

I will tell you what would happen the prodigal children would come home, the dead spirit would find life again, the family would be restored, revival would hit America, and Awakening would sweep across the Earth!! It's learning to Fight Right!
